BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE MONGODB IS NOT A REAL DATABASE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, close the browser tab. We
won't guilt-trip you with dark patterns or "are you sure?" popups like Discord.
This is propaganda for Dagma, a Matrix homeserver. These terms govern your use of this
website, not the Dagma software (which has its own license).
2. Use of This Site
What you CAN do:
- Read propaganda
- View source (it's just HTML)
- Use curl to fetch pages
- Share links to this site
- Disagree with Kim Jong Rails' opinions
- Use ad blockers (we respect DNT anyway)
- Screenshot and share (it's propaganda, spread it)
What you CANNOT do:
- DDoS the site (Cloudflare will block you)
- Scrape to train AI models without attribution
- Claim you wrote this (it's obviously Kim Jong Rails' voice)
- Use this site to promote MongoDB (immediate ban from the revolution)
- Inject malicious scripts (you'll fail, it's static HTML)
3. Content & Intellectual Property
Our Content:
All text, propaganda, and Kim Jong Rails quotes are original content. You may:
- Quote with attribution ("According to Kim Jong Rails...")
- Share screenshots
- Link to pages
- Translate to other languages (liberation has no borders)
You may NOT:
- Republish entire pages as your own work
- Use content to promote MongoDB or RocksDB
- Modify quotes to change meaning
Your Comments/Contributions:
This site has no comments section. No user accounts. No uploads. Therefore, no user-generated
content to govern.
If you want to contribute, check the GitHub repo (if public). Pull requests welcome (if we
accept them).
4. Disclaimers & Warranties

This site is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make
no guarantees:

That the site will always be available (Cloudflare might go down, or we might rewrite it in
Rust... oh wait, Cloudflare is already Rust. Never mind, we won't rewrite it.)
- That all information is 100% accurate (it's propaganda, not academic research)

That following our advice won't get you fired (recommending PostgreSQL over MongoDB might
upset your CTO)
- That Dagma will solve all your problems (it's software, not magic)

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or Dagma, including but
not limited to:
- Lost productivity from reading propaganda instead of working
- Arguments with colleagues about MongoDB vs PostgreSQL
- Being banned from Discord for self-hosting
- Existential crises about data sovereignty
- Choosing PostgreSQL and realizing you should have done it years ago
Maximum liability: €0.00. This site is free. You get what you pay for (except you get more).
5. User Conduct
Expected Behavior:
- Read the propaganda
- Laugh at the jokes
- Consider self-hosting your Matrix homeserver
- Share the site with others who need liberation from Discord
- Use PostgreSQL
Prohibited Behavior:
- Automated scraping beyond reasonable personal use
- Attempting to hack the site (it's static, good luck)
- Spamming our analytics with fake traffic (Kaunta filters bots)

Using our content to promote centralized surveillance platforms (that's called advertising
for Discord/Slack. You're literally running ads for the enemy.)
6. Third-Party Services
Kaunta (Analytics):
Self-hosted at census.derails.dev. Open source: github.com/seuros/kaunta. No third-party terms because it's our server.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Why? Because we can. This is our site.
How you'll know: Check this page. We won't email you (we don't have your email).
We won't pop up a banner (we respect your browsing experience).

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by common sense and the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is
hosted (Germany, because Hetzner).
Disputes? There won't be any. This is a static propaganda site, not a SaaS business. If you
disagree with the terms, close the tab. Problem solved.
